New residential development in Brazil’s most desired coastal destination combines nature and city
The condominium is developer CFL’s third, launched in the Jurerê neighbourhood, considered the “most valued tip” of Florianópolis. “It comes with the proposal of a condominium with more privacy, combined with communal areas, design and just steps from the sea”, highlights sales director Rafael Starosta.
According to the developer, sales of luxury apartments in Florianópolis grew 40% in recent months, consolidating the high-end real estate market in the Santa Catarina capital.
Vitra, located near the access to Praia do Forte, has seven distinct floor plans: garden apartments of 580 sqm and 501 sqm of private area and apartments ranging from 345 sqm to 278 sqm of private area. The highlight of the apartment designs and of the building as a whole are the light, horizontal lines, fine finishes and maximum use of natural light.
In the social area, the residential development has a complete leisure infrastructure, with a gourmet space for gathering friends and family; a kids’ space, with toys and drawing tables for children; and a fitness area, with weight and cardio equipment for exercise. A design pool, dry sauna and spa complete the setting.
